These terms govern your access to and use of the DialSpark platform. By using the service, you agree to them.
Use of the service
DialSpark provides AI-assisted calling and sales workflow software. You may use the service only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws, including telemarketing, consent, and do-not-call regulations.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the contact data you upload, for obtaining any required consent to contact individuals, and for honoring opt-out and do-not-call requests. DialSpark provides compliance controls to help, but lawful use of the service remains your responsibility.
Acceptable use
You may not use DialSpark for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or abusive outreach, or in any way that violates the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Billing
DialSpark uses credit-based, pay-as-you-go billing. Credits are consumed based on call usage as described on the pricing page.
Service availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update the service and these terms as the product evolves.
